These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Nexus Innov8 Africa Limited (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”), an African technology and innovation company based in Accra, Ghana. Our postal address is P.O. Box 2284, Kaneshie, Accra, Ghana.

Nexus Innov8 builds and operates its own digital products and platforms, and designs and builds bespoke technology solutions for businesses and institutions. These Terms cover this website (www.nexusinnov8.com) and any Nexus Innov8 service that links to them. Individual products and client engagements may carry their own additional terms, which are presented separately.

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

You do not need an account to read this website. Where you choose to create an account, or to take a commercial action with us, you must have the legal capacity to do so and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

To be clear about what using this site does and does not do:

• Browsing this website does not make you a client of Nexus and does not create any professional or advisory relationship.
• Sending us an enquiry does not create one either, however detailed it is, and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
• An engagement begins only when we and you sign a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities.
• Nothing on this website is professional advice, a binding offer, or a commitment to undertake any piece of work.

• You may use this website to learn about Nexus Innov8, understand what we build, and contact us about a project.
• Information on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a commitment to undertake any project.
• Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Nexus Innov8.
• Notify us at security@nexusinnov8.com if you suspect a security issue with the site.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable Ghanaian or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the site or related infrastructure;
• Upload malicious code, scrape data at scale without permission, or misrepresent your identity.

Nexus Innov8 Africa Limited develops its own products and platforms and builds solutions for clients. Where a Nexus Innov8 product is made available to you, your use of that product is governed by the terms presented within it. Where we undertake work for a client, the scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is itself such an agreement.

This corporate website does not sell anything and does not take payments. Where a Nexus Innov8 product involves payment, charges are shown before you confirm and are handled within that product by a third-party payment provider, under that product’s own terms.

This website, including its software, design, and content (excluding material you submit and third-party content), is owned by Nexus Innov8 Africa Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of materials you send us. You permit us to use them only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, to administer that engagement. We claim no broader or perpetual licence over them.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, although we work hard to make it so.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Nexus Innov8 Africa Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
